WHY I STARTED BOXING
I started boxing as a means of self-defense and to empower myself in a challenging environment. Growing up in a bad neighborhood, I felt the need to equip myself with skills that would protect me and build confidence in handling confrontations. Beyond safety, boxing has provided me with a sense of belonging to a supportive community and has instilled a discipline that extends into other areas of my life. It serves as a constructive outlet for stress and frustration, while also promoting physical fitness and overall well-being. Through boxing, I have found not only a way to defend myself but also a path to resilience and personal growth.
